For a beautiful summer walk, visitors are invited to tour the Boychuk Gardens. Leonard and Judy Boychuk live along our main street, at 410 Lansdowne Avenue, between the Curling Rink and Arden United Church. The private garden, developed over the past eight years, is between their home and the Whitemud River. It is accessible from a lane beside the church.
Boychuk Gardens covers approximately one acre, on ground that slopes downward to the river. Featuring an arbor, fish pond, gazebo, trickling waterway, and fountains, the garden is a site of beauty and tranquility! Take a walk down the crushed stone path from Lansdowne Avenue to the river bank and across the swinging bridge into the Lansdowne Park. Take your camera and go for the walk - it's beautiful!
